• • For 1-4 pax traveler, you can join the trip to leebong island only at Saturday and Sunday by SIC traditional boat, start 9.45 a.m. from Tanjung Ru Dock
• • For 5 pax up traveler, you can join the trip to leebong island everyday by privat traditional boat
• • TERMS AND CONDITION
• • 1. Down Payment is minimum 50% from the total purchases ( non refundable)
• • Final Payment must be settled maximum 7 days before the trip. If final payment is not paid on the due date, then travel agent have the rights to declare booking as cancelled.
• • 2. Tour Fare is Nett and not valid for high season period 2026
• • Tips for Guide / Driver (WNA/Overseas Market : IDR 50.000 per person per day) must be paid at final payment
• • 3. Personal expenses such as Laundry, Porter, Minibar, Telephone, Room Service, over luggage, etc. are excluded and must paid by self.
• • 4. Child 05 years old above, charged 100% from Adult
• • Child 03-05 years old with Extra bed charged 90% from Adult
• • Child 03-05 years old without Extra bed charged 75% from Adult
• • Infants 0-23 months are free of charge (FOC)
• • 5. Cancellation Fee Policy :
• • A. 15-30 days before arrival : charged at 50% from the tour fare
• • B. Less than 15 days before arrival : charged 80% from the tour fare
• • C. Less than 07 days before arrival : charged 100% from the tour fare
• • 6. No substitution or refunds for any unused part of the tour(s) will be issued. All sales are final.
• • 7. No refunds will be issued for a no-show or unused portion of the tour.
• • The itinerary are subjected to change without prior notif due to the weather condition and crew boat policy. If this occur, Travel Agent cannot be sued in any way. There are no refund for destinations that cannot be visited due to weather reason. Crew boat decision cannot be contested.
• • 8. if travel agent are unable to facilitate your tour due to weather and/or road conditions, we will attempt to reach each location, site and destination using alternative routes but we are neither liable nor responsible for these unpredictable weather/traffic conditions. No refunds will be available.
• • Certain unexpected circumstances may arise, such as (but not limited to) weather events, pandemics, quarantines, border closures, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, political uprisings or civil disturbances, riots, strikes, terrorist activities or the threat of terrorist activities, criminal acts committed by third parties, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or an Act of God, that are beyond anyone's control, which force a cancellation or disruption of services. These circumstances are considered a force majeure. We will not be held responsible or liable in any way for such events, including death, bodily injury, illness, damage, delay, or other losses caused by such events. While we will always strive to assist our travelers wherever they are in the world when such circumstances occur, any losses or costs resulting from these events will be the responsibility of the traveler.
• • 9. Travel agent is not responsible for any costs out of the agreed tour fare’s package. If the traveler wishes to change the itinerary during the tour, any costs resulting from these case will be the responsibility of the traveler.
• • 10. The Tour fare is still subjected to change without notice due to matters outside our control such as entrance fee or transportation cost if there any changes suddenly. Please enquire for further details.
• • 11. By paying the tour deposit, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions above.
